Otherwise, you can also change your bank account details on the EPF portal.
Change of date of birth
To make a change in your date of birth in the EPFO portal, you must fill a form called PF Joint Declaration Form. This form contains a variety of columns and must be filled in correctly. The columns that must be filled include the member’s name, company name, and regional Pf commissioner address. Once you have filled out the form and printed it, you must submit it to the EPFO. Be sure to put the company seal on it.
Once you have filled out the form, you will be asked to provide proof of the new date of birth. This proof can be a birth certificate, education certificate, or passport. If you have changed your gender, however, you don’t need to provide a certificate. You must also get your employer’s permission before making the change. The changes to your date of birth must be approved by your employer.

Change of name
If you want to change your name, you must contact the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. Change of mobile number

Once you have entered these details, you will see a dashboard of your EPF account. Click on the manage menu to see a drop-down list of options. Click on the KYC option to access the page of KYC verification.
Log in to the EPFO Unified Member portal. Enter your UAN number and password. Click on the ‘Forgot password’ link. Then, enter your new mobile number. Verify it with the OTP. Click on the ‘Save changes’ button. A successful update will be noted with a message. You may also have changed your mobile number and forgotten your password.
To change your bank account details in an EPFO portal, sign in to your EPFO account with your UAN. Select ‘Manage’ from the drop-down menu and select the ‘Bank’ document type. Enter the new bank details and submit. Your employer will have to approve the change. If approved, the new bank account details will appear in your account. A message will be sent to your registered mobile number notifying them of the change.
After successfully verifying your new bank account information, the EPFO will send you a confirmation message. Once the confirmation message is received, you can proceed to the withdrawal process. However, if you have entered incorrect bank account details, the EPF will not credit your withdrawal. If you have made any mistakes, you will have to correct the information. It is important to change your bank account details if you want to receive your EPF withdrawals in your account.
Change of address
You can update your bank account details in the EPFO portal by logging into your UAN and password. After you have logged in, click on the Manage tab. Select EPF Nomination under the Manage tab. Click on the e-nomination link. Under the Family Details section, select the editable fields. Select a family member to change the details for. Click ‘Save’ to save the changes.
To change your name in your EPF account, you need to complete the correction form. You must provide your Aadhaar card number to the employer to confirm the changes. Otherwise, the update will not take effect. To change your address, log into the EPF portal using your UAN and password. A window will appear with all the details you have saved. Click on the Edit button.
When changing your name, you can update your EPF account details using the new name you have registered for it. Make sure that the name you use for your bank account matches the name on your passport or driving license. If you have changed your name after marriage, you do not need to update your EPF account details at this time. It takes a few days for the changes to reflect in your EPF account.
If you’d like to make the change manually, you can use the joint-declaration method. You can submit the form via your employer. The EPFO has yet to provide a turnaround time for EPF UAN name correction requests. It has not responded to complaints about online submission technical problems. It may take some time to make the correction, so you should check your employer’s service for further guidance.
If you’d like to change your address, you can do so on the EPFO website. First, login with your username and password. Then, click on the ‘KYC’ option in the drop-down menu. Then, choose ‘bank’ as the document type. Enter the correct bank account number and IFSC. When the details are saved, you will see them under ‘KYC pending approval’.
